Life is everything but useless. And my tummy’s growing, yet again. And I blame creatine for leaving no choice but to drink gallons of water everyday. And I’d like to blame my neverending cravings as well. Haha. Also my dear friends that never fail to feed me like a little black piggy. Hahaha. FML.

Weekends were rather good. Cross country was pretty dope. Saturday night was kickass and Sunday is total fatigue. Goodnight world.

First off i would like to apologize for not posting for quite a long time. i think the last time i posted was like a week ago. haha. Why? cause i’ve been lazy and.. partially sick.

So this week nothing much happened. Skipped school twice cause i was kinda sick (wednesday tuesday) monday was boring. thursday was quite good actually. no maths class, teacher was absent. chemistry short test, not that bad actually and gp test.. fml. F gp man, it’s so… dull. hahaha.

Anyways CCA was awesome! Had loads of fun batting, managed to get 3 homeruns :8D After the last game ended, i asked the coach the proper way of batting and yes i now know how to bat properly. Just gotta work on more strength and accuracy although 90% of the balls thrown towards me were hit. hahah

Today was back and biceps day at the gym and it was pretty good. Managed to work my back completely followed by a short bicep cable routine. Deadlifted quite heavy today and barbell rowed quite alot and it was all good. Thanks to the trainers! :p

I’ve ran out of words to type so i’m gone now.

diet day #1 = failure

Sorry for not posting in a while, been kinda busy haha.

Diet day #1: Complete FAILURE. Why? Qilah’s party. hahaha, i’m not blaming her or anything. It was pretty awesome and the food was good, that’s why my diet completely failed.

I almost ate worms in the morning. Grabbed a granola bar, opened it up and started chewing. My first bite was all good. Was about to take my second bite, but i hesitated and decided to look at the granola bar. BAM! two worms were sticking out from the middle section of the bar. I was so disgusted i puked almost instantaneously. Dayumn, that was disgusting man.

Almost passed out tadi after gym. Maybe because i hadn’t eaten anything from waking up. Exercising on an empty stomach is quite good actually. But yeah i almost passed out cause i didn’t eat anything til afternoon and it sucked balls. Tarus lagi paning kepala tu, haha.

I think i drank a little bit too much today. Imagine going to the toilet 4 times in a span of one and a half hours. And all this was done at the same toilet (Jaya foodcourt toilet) and yes i had to pass the same people 4 times, haha. I think they think i had some diarrohea or something. HAHAHA.

Qil’s party was great despite me eating a hell lot of fat food. Yes diet day #1 = complete failure. HAHAHAH. thanks qilah!

diet day #2 is not going to fail! and no worms, i hope. Haha night guys
